Were
almost half way through the year and Im pleased to say weve
had a very solid first few months across all markets in Asia Pacific.
The evidence of this is not just in our business performance, which
happily is on track for the targets we have set ourselves this year,
but it is also in the great list of new clients that have entrusted
us to build their reputations and brands. It is also shown in our
efforts to achieve excellent, award-winning results for our existing
clients, some of whom are showcased in this edition of Breakthrough.
New clients that have come on board so far during 2005, in one or
more markets across Asia Pacific, include Bristol Myers Squibb, JP
Morgan Private Banking, Systimax, ViewSonic, IKEA, Starbucks, SC Johnson,
Owens Corning, Cathay Pacific and Barclays. There are some fantastic
brands represented here, which we are proud to now be supporting.
As our global CEO Fred Cook referenced in the previous Breakthrough,
we are also making excellent progress in expanding some of our US-based
client relationships into this region - so far this year, weve
done this with Bristol Myers Squibb, SC Johnson and Owens Corning.
Equally important, we are continuing to build and strengthen relationships
with existing clients across all our offices, handling many new projects
and initiatives.
Pivotal to our ongoing success will be the quality of our client work.
That means a relentless, passionate focus on creativity and generating
"breakthrough" ideas for our clients balanced with
the honest and trustworthy approach that has been the GolinHarris
hallmark for almost 50 years.
